Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/3 cup	Kosher salt -- coarse
5 x	Garlic cloves
2 tsp	Paprika
2 tsp	Chili powder
1 tsp	Turmeric
1 tsp	Poultry seasoning
1 tsp	White pepper -- freshly
	Ground
1/2 tsp	Ginger -- ground
1/2 tsp	Dry mustard
1/2 tsp	Celery seed
1/2 tsp	Onion powder

Instructions:

Instructions: (Makes about 3/4 cup.) Place salt in processor. With machine running, add garlic cloves and mix until minced, about 20 seconds. Transfer to bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight jar at room temperature.
