Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2 tbl lemon juice
1 x clove garlic, crushed
1 tbl chopped chives
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter , add other ingredients and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour over cooked vegetables.

Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
