Instructions: 1. Stand corn on its base and cut kernels from cob. Scrape cob to get all kernel centers and as much of the OmilkO as possible.
2. In a pan, cover and simmer the corn over low heat for 10 minutes. Dont boil as the corn milk (actually a starch) burns quite easily. 3. Add the chervil, cilantro and pepper and simmer another 10 minutes Makes about 4 cups. Email this Recipe:
