Instructions: Beat the egg with milk in a bowl and place the bread crumbs on a plate. Lay the chicken on a flat surface. Sprinkle the chicken with about 1/8 teaspoon of minced garlic and add a pinch each of fresh rosemary, thyme and basil.
Start with the thicker end and roll each piece up and close with a toothpick (like a deli sandwich). Heat oil on medium flame, brown all sides of the chicken pieces, and drain them on a paper towel. Wrap each piece with prosciutto and place in a baking dish. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta or your favorite white or red sauce.
