Amount Ingredient
3 cup Picked herbs any variety you like
(stay away from rosemary and too much sage
2 tbl Lemon juice
3 tbl Chopped shallots
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop the herbs as fine as you desire, and then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.

This recipe yields 2 to 2 1/2 cups of vinaigrette.
