Instructions: Herbs especially rosemary and tarragon can be used as flavorings for wine vinegars. You can make your own by putting sprigs of fresh herbs in bottles or jars and then adding warm white wine or cider vinegar. Seal and shake then leave in a sunny place for two weeks remembering to shake every day. Strain if wished and add fresh herbs to the vinegar.
