Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 450 F. Mix Bisquick, coriander and milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Place dough on surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick; roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.
2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumb slightly in center of each. Spoon 1 teaspoon Rondele cheese onto center of each biscuit; sprinkle with salt substitute. 3. Bake 8 minutes or until golden but not brown.
