1 x 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks, defrosted
2 tbl Oil
30 gm Fish herb selection pack
Instructions:
Instructions: Place each salmon steak on a separate piece of foil brushed with oil.

Divide the herb pack evenly between the four steaks then sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of wine and wrap up to form a parcel.

Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.

Remove herbs and serve immediately with new potatoes and green beans.

NOTES : A quick and tasty recipe with salmon, incorporating the delicate flavours of wine and herbs.
