Instructions: Cut ribs into serving size pieces, and place in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over ribs; cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
Grill ribs over medium-hot coals 30 minutes, turning frequently. Grill an additional 15 to 30 minutes, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade. Place on serving platter, and serve immediately. 3 to 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
