Instructions: Divide the dough into 4 and roll out into rounds.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, divide into 4 and place on one half of each circle. Brush the edges of the dough with water, fold over and press together. Fold over again, to make a firm seal. Cook in a preheated oven at 220 C/425 F/gas mark 7 for 15-18 minutes until the edges are just brown, golden and crisp. Serve with a herb and leaf salad.
