oil, toasted and cooled to become crisp
2 oz /60g fresh soft goat cheese
1 x handful of fresh chopped herbs such as thyme, basil, oregano, chives
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix thoroughly and let sit overnight for the flavors to marry.

Bring to room temperature on spread on the slices of cooled, crisp toasted baguette.
