1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup water, up to 3/4
5 tsp instant chicken bouillon or 5 bouillon cubes
12 cup dry bread crumbs
1 can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped (8 oz.)
1 tbl chopped parsley
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
Instructions:
Instructions: In skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and onion in butter until tender.

Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in bouillon mixture.

Stuff turkey before roasting.

Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate leftovers.
