1 tsp lemon peel finely shredded
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbl fresh dill snipped or tarragon
1 tbl orange juice, frozen concentrate
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine mayonnaise, lemon peel, Dijon, lemon juice, dill or tarragon, orange juice concentrate and pepper.

Makes 3/4 cups.
