Instructions: Toss all of the ingredients into a round, medium sized casserole dish and combine well. Cover and microwave on full power until the onions are just tender, about 5 minutes. Let the onions stand for 3 minutes before lifting the cover nd serving. The onions are even tastier when reheated and eaten the second day. Great as a side dish to turkey or roast pork. Printed in
