2 x	Frozen chopped spinach,
	(10 oz) cooked and drained
2 cup	Cooked rice
2 cup	Shredded American Cheese
4 x	Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup	Melted butter
2/3 cup	Milk
1/2 cup	Chopped onion
1 tsp	Worcester sauce
1 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine
ingredients: mix well. Use margarine to grease baking dish. Pour mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
