Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a skillet; bring to a boil. Add carrot; reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini, yellow squash, pepper, and green onions; simmer 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, tossing frequently. Drain well.
