Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Chuck or blade steak, 1 inch thick
1/4 cup Red wine
3 tbl Balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 tbl Vegetable oil
1 tbl Dijon mustard
2 x Cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl Each chopped fresh thyme and oregano (or 1 ts dried)
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place steak in shallow dish. Whisk together wine, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, thyme, oregano, pepper and sugar; pour over meat and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or up to 12 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Place steak on greased grill over medium heat; cover and cook, turning twice, for 20 to 30 minutes or until medium-rare. Transfer to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into portions.

Makes 4 servings.
