Recipe for Herby Glazed Sausage Kebabs

Ingredients:

3 tbl	Clear honey
1 tsp	Wholegrain mustard
1 x	Clove garlic, crushed, up to 2
2 tbl	Freshly chopped sage
	Salt and freshly ground black pepper
16 x	Cocktail sausages
8 sm	New potatoes, boiled in their skins
1 x	Green pepper, cut into 8

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Blend together the honey, mustard, garlic, sage and seasoning.

2. Arrange the remaining ingredients onto 4 long skewers.

3. Coat with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.

Barbecue as for grilling.

NOTES : An appealing way to serve baby sausages, which will encourage children to eat their vegetables !
