Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
10 x Thin plain soup sticks
5 slc Soft white bread
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Mint leaves finely chopped
1 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
1 tbl Grated cheese
1/2 tsp Paprika or 1/4 teaspoon red chilli crushed coarsely
Salt to taste
1 tbl Dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove stiff crusts of bread slices if any.

Mix all ingredients except sticks, slices, milk.

Cut each slice into 2 rectangular halves.

Sprinkle some milk on a slice, allow to moisten.

Press gently with a rolling pin to thin down.

Place one stick at one long end of rectangle.

Roll carefully, to cover stick with slice.

Roll this in the mixture, careful not to open it.

Arrange on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in a hot oven, at 180C till slices are crisp and golden.

Serve hot with soups.
