Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup your favorite heritage bean,
1 x such as jacobs cattle,
1 x anasazi, or calypso
1 cup diced chilies
2 cup diced fresh mushrooms,
1 x portobellos if available
13/100 cup olive oil
1 tbl minced garlic
1 x pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook beans acoording to package, or your own directions. Saute the mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil until tender. Transfer to a mixing bowl of cooled beans.

Dry roast the chilies in a cast iron skillet, rehydrate in warm water and dice. Add to the mixing bowl.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
