Instructions: Place the tortillas on a work surface, spread with mustard. Place the turkey, ham, and cheese on top along with tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts. Bring the sides of the wrap in and then roll up to from an envelope. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
