Instructions: Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into pan (9x13). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Icing:
Mix until smooth. Frost cake.

* Optional. Cake can be served cool with icing, or served warm by itself or with ice cream.
