2/3 cup cocoa (Hersheys of course)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup real butter
3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in large saucepan. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Bring to a bubbling boil over high heat stirrin constantly. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil without stirring until it reaches 234 degrees, or forms a small ball in cold water. Be sure the thermometer does not rest on bottom of pan. Remove pan from heat, add butter and vanilla. Do not stir. Cool to 110 degrees. Beat until fudge thickens, add nuts and pour into buttered 8 X 8 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool. Enjoy.
