2 cup SUGAR
1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp BAKING SODA
3/4 cup COCOA
1 tsp SALT
2 x EGGS
1 cup MILK
1/2 cup OIL
2 tsp VANILLA

Instructions: COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE BOILING WATER. BEAT UNTIL WELL MIXED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES AT MEDIUM SPEED. STIR IN BOILING WATER (BATTER WILL BE THIN). POUR INTO GREASED PAN (EITHER 1, 9" X 13" OR 2, 9" ROUND). BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES FOR ROUND PANS OR 35 TO 40 FOR SHEET PAN. COOL 10 MINUTES IN PAN, THEN REMOVE TO WIRE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY.
