Instructions: Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir one minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. From Hersheys.
