1 tbl lemon pepper
(or 1/2 tbspn fresh-ground black pepper and 1/2 tbspn grated lemon rind)
1 tbl dried rosemary
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
