3 tbl dry milk
1/2 tbl shortening
3 tbl wheat germ
2 tbl honey
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions: NOTES : I swore I wouldnt get another bread machine cookbook. Well, at $0.99 I couldnt resist, also name intrigued me. "Bread Machine Magic & More" No its not from our favorite "Magic gals" Lois and Linda. But from a Rob & Holly Wanless. This is a supermarket special private press publication from "The American Cooking Guild" Havent tried any of the recipes. Most are same old, same old. But one really caught my eye and want to try it. (Im trying to get more soy into my diet)

I have a few variations in mind, one being a substitution of equal parts applesauce and lecithin granules for the shortening. Any other adjustments would be made after the first trial.
