Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in pecans, raisins and peanuts. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 deg F for about 45 minutes or until filling is set and lightly brown.
Now I havent tried this recipe from Great American, but IMHO anything with nuts in it cant be all bad. hahaha Email this Recipe:
