1 lb	ground beef or turkey
	Potato, strips
	Carrot, strips
	Onion, rings
	----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup	vinegar
1/2 cup	tomato catsup
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl	butter
1 x	lemon, juice of

Instructions:

Instructions: Make hamburger patties (4-6 patties). Place 1 patty in a sheet of aluminum foil. Arrange a few potatoes and carrots strips around patty. One onion slice on top. Spoon a couple of spoonfuls of sauce on top and close aluminum foil. Repeat until all patties used. Cook in oven or outside in campfire coals. If oven is used, cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
