1 cup	Apple cider vinegar
2 tbl	Hoisin sauce, or to taste
2 tsp	Honey

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all ingredients in a small bowl. Cream together until well blended.

Notes: I have used different types of vinegar when looking for a different taste and it turns out great.
