Instructions: Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle sides of pan with half
of the graham cracker crumbs. Completely dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Pour into blender. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese. Blend at medium speed for two minutes or until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir/ fold in Cool whip. Pour into pan and smooth top sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill until set (approximately four hours).
