Instructions: Combine cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add applesauce and blue. Stir to combine. Work mixture with hands for 2 to 3 mintues. Divide into 4 parts. Roll each part to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Use a straw or toothpick to make a hole for a string or ribbon to hang ornament. Dry for 24 hours. Turn and dry for 24 hours on other side. Decorate with fabric paints.

NOTES : The scent will last for years if stored in waxed paper in an airtight plastic bag away from sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
