Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Dried apricots
1 cup Dried pitted cherries
4 tbl Dark rum
1 cup Simple syrup
2 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Place half apricots in bottom of quart canning jar. Make a second layer with half cherries. Repeat. layers. Spoon rum over. Slowly pour warm syrup over. Close and let stand at room temperature. These are just wonderful all by themselves or served over vanilla low-fat yogurt ice cream.
