Ingredients:

1 x 1" thick fully cooked ham slice (about 2 pounds)
1/4 tsp Hot sauce
----------------- CINNAMON APPLE RINGS ----------------
24 whl cloves
3 med Cooking apples, unpeeled, cored and cut into 1/2" rings
2 cup ,water
1 cup Red cinnamon candies
Instructions:
Instructions: Slash fat along edges of ham to prevent curling. Spread hot sauce over surface of ham, and place in a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.

Bake at 325F for 25 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 140F. Transfer to a serving platter; serve with Cinnamon Apple Rings.

Yield: 6 to
8 servings.

CINNAMON APPLE RINGS:
Stick cloves into apple rings. Combine water and candies in a large skillet; bring to a boil, stirring until candies dissolve. Add apple rings; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or just until apple rings are tender, turning several times. : Remove apple rings from skillet. Add sugar to skillet, and bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes. Pour syrup over apple rings, turning to glaze both sides. Cool slightly.

Yield: 8 servings.
