1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur optional
4 cup hot coffee
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ct frozen light whipped topping (8 oz.) thawed
1/4 cup green creme de menthe or 4 teaspoons green food coloring
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour coffee liqueur evenly 4 coffee glasses. Divide coffee and cinnamon evenly among glasses. Mix well. Spoon whipped topping evenly over each coffee. Drizzle creme de menthe over whipped topping. Place a mint pattie on top of each coffee. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

Variation: To make a cappuccino-like variation, in a small saucepan, bring 1 cup skim milk, to a boil over high heat. Divide 3 cups hot coffee evenly into 4 coffee glasses. Add 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar to each glass, stirring until dissolved. Pour hot milk evenly into each glass. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
