(Purchased eggnog contains pasteurized eggs to eliminate any safety concerns.) Here, though, weve used soy drink and bananas, making a delightful taste while dramatically boosting the nutrition. Try it! Soy drink is a lactose-free, milk-like product that has been fortified with calcium and other nutrients to make it fairly comparable nutritionally to cows milk.
