While roasting, beat egg white stiff; fold in sugar and salt; fold nuts in. Melt butter at 350 degrees in a 9 x 12-inch pan; pour coated nuts to coat. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes, then drain on paper towel. Email this Recipe:
