Instructions: This is too simple, but its EASY and GOOD!

Pork Loin or Pot Roast, season with Durkee Grill Creations, wrap in foil so juices will not flow out. Grill on low flame until internal temp is 160. Usually about an hour.

At the same time, cut up vegetables (such as zucchini, yellow squash, onion, carrots, red potatoes) season with Durkee Grill Creations and wrap in foil that has been sprayed with a cooking spray or butter spray.

I have a two level grill and place my veggies on the upper level and let them cook as long as the meat.

This recipe (if you want to call it that) is Great! I dont even have to worry about checking on it. Just put it on and go back in an hour.

The pot roast turns out surprisingly delicious!
