Instructions: Have all ingredients at 60 degrees for easier mixing. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Form into ball or log and roll in nuts. (You may need to chill before forming into ball or log.) Refrigerate until used. Serve with crackers, ray veggies or fresh fruit. These also make lovely holidy gifts. You can color the coating by adding mild paprika or chopped parsley with the nuts.
