Instructions: Combine well the turkey, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, ginger, nutmeg, Calvados, and orange zest in a bowl.
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and saute a small bit of sausage mixture to test for seasoning. Correct if necessary.
