Instructions: Mix sugar with 6 cups water; bring to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes; divide into 2 parts. Chop vanilla beans into small pieces; add to 1 part sugar syrup with coffee. Add bourbon to second half; stir well.
Combine coffee mixture with bourbon mixture; blend well. Age for 6 weeks. Yields 1 gallon. Email this Recipe:
