Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to distribute evenly. Divide and package in quantities of 2 1/4 c (for use in a 1 pound breadmaker) or 3 1/3 c (for use in larger capacity machines). Seal well and label with date and contents.

Makes about 14 c of Breadmaker Mix.

Yield: Six 2 1/4 c packages or four 3
1/3 c packages.
