4 sqr dark chocolate
1 tbl sugar
2/3 cup hot water
1 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan with the sugar and hot water. Heat gently over low heat until the chocolate is melted and the sugar dissolved. Stir occasionally.

Raise the heat to let the sauce bubble gently (dont boil!), until it becomes syrupy. Stir in the butter and vanilla.
