Instructions: Remove tops from jalapeuo peppers, cut down the center lengthwise, remove seeds (leave a few if you want salsa hotter).
Broil tomatoes, onions, and peppers until slightly browned. Put broiled vegetables, cilantro, garlic, salt, sugar, and vinegar in food processor and process until everything is finely chopped. Chill.
