1 tbl	Dried onion
1 tbl	Parsley, freeze-dried
1 tbl	Cornstarch
2 tbl	Bell peppers, freeze-dried
1/2 tsp	Salt -- or to taste
1/4 tsp	Instant minced garlic
1 tsp	Sugar
3/4 cup	Italian seasoning -- OR
	Combination of oregano,
	Basil, rosemary,

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Spoon mixture onto a 6" square of aluminum foil. Fold to form an airtight packet. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months.

Makes 1 packet or about 1/3 c Homemade Spaghetti Seasoning Mix.
