2 lb Ground chuck
2 tbl Mortons quick curing salt
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbl Liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup Water
1 tsp Mustard seed
1 tsp Crushed peppercorns
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together with hands. Form into 3 sticks about the side of a half dollar. Wrap in foil an refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and bake in 300 F oven for 1 hour in a shallow pan. Let cool 1 hour. Store in clean foil in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
