Instructions: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and green pepper over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes; drain off the excess liquid. Add the remaining ingredients except the buns; mix well. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over the hamburger buns.
