Instructions: Saute the pulled pork, barbecue sauce and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Heat through and hold warm.
For each serving, ladle 2 ounces of the egg into a preheated nonstick omelette pan and cook the egg omelette-style until it sets. Top the omelette with 1 ounce of the pork, 1/2 ounce of the peppers and onions, and 1/2 ounce of the cheese. Fold the omelette in half, then into quarters and place on a biscuit.
