Instructions: Distribute the Colby cheese and roast beef equally over 4 slices of bread. Spread horseradish sauce over the roast beef and sprinkle with French-fried onions. Place the Swiss cheese over the onions, then top with the remaining 4 slices of bread.
Spread the butter evenly over the top and bottom of each sandwich. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
