Instructions: Place hominy in a saucepan. Add margarine and cook over medium heat until excess moisture is gone. Add green chiles and sour cream. Stir and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 300 degree oven until bubbly and cheese is well melted. Sprinkle top with paprika and serve.
